Why would anybody be giving him praise after that match? Nobody is even thinking about sacking him during this season after getting beat 3-0 at home to Brighton on the opening day which I think shows that people do recognise the size of the job at hand and have faith in him avoiding relegation with us this season. It's pretty normal to point out his dire decisions and shortcomings after a match when they've contributed significantly to us losing heavily.

The club is in that much of a mess financially that we would not come back from relegation, we would completely implode, where are Portsmouth these days? They still haven't recovered, Leeds aswell granted they got back to the prem but they have yo yo'ed back to the chamionship

I get ur frustration but what can we do, owner who isn't arsed, criminal takeover attempts, points deductions a Premier league who are I am pretty sure completely against us for not just falling in line after getting bitch slapped with the psr bullshit

Plenty of posts on here and on social media, and around the ground wanting him gone essentially.

Just because the words “sack Sean dyche” aren’t muttered doesn’t mean we can’t read between the lines.

A points deduction, two failed takeovers, no money to spend, no owner, no support network.

I don’t see how he’s lucky to have us? I don’t think he’ll be in any rush to sign a new deal but we’ll be clamouring to have him sign if things don’t significantly improve at the club.

We finished 12th last season. With luck and injuries we can maybe push higher, but look what happens when we have a few injuries.

Why risk sacking a very solid manager who has a track record of getting results, for somebody else in the position we are in?

You can not ignore what we are as a club, how difficult it is for the manager, and how difficult it is to attract a good, young manager.

Dyche is the perfect fit for what are now. People don’t like it, I get it, but this is the reality.

I think the big one on Dyche was Keane. Everyone knew what was coming when the team sheets landed. Young is just a consequence of the clubs position that he’s in the squad. What he does next will be key. For me he has to play the kid Dixon at rb or more realistically change to 3 at back, but that means Keane again. Either way it’s risky
