New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Is there a coach car park anywhere nearby for both home and away fans ?
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
I walked from the seat i had yesterday to my season ticket seat at the back of the South Stand. Nearly died going up those stairs.

Are we really talking 30mins to Lime st. ? I took an Uber yesterday and would have thought it would be more ?
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
It's just under 2 miles.
So without a crowd and being reasonably fit and active - 30 minutes is about right. 40 if you're taking a leisurely stroll.

So even at 40 it’s probably going to be the quickest way back to Lime St. than any other option, good to know.

Genuinely been spending my imaginary lottery wins on reinstating the Wirral (Moreton) to North Wales (Rhyl) Hovercraft route, but extending it on matchdays to a Northern dock.
How much can a hovercraft cost to maintain

When the players came out the tunnel, Bolton on the left, ours on the right. Just looked weird

That IS weird! The Blues should be on the left as we look at the two captains emerging!Bluebridge wrote: ↑Mon Mar 24, 2025 2:46 pm When the players came out the tunnel, Bolton on the left, ours on the right. Just looked weird

The one thing I keep coming back to is that was less than half capacity yesterday and Regent Rd, Sandhills etc all struggled. Even allowing for changes and improvement it’s going to be a nightmare and probably dangerous, particularly with regards to Sandhills

How will they keep away fans segregated? I know hooligans aren't as much of an issue now, but it's still happening. Town could be a problem if the wrong teams turn up, eg Millwall, Leeds etcToshyboy wrote: ↑Mon Mar 24, 2025 8:04 pm The one thing I keep coming back to is that was less than half capacity yesterday and Regent Rd, Sandhills etc all struggled. The West Ham YouTuber who snuck into the derby at the end got a ticket for the test event - nice guy, very positive about the stadium, and it's worth a watch for a pretty thorough look around (he seems to be lost most of the time)

I've been worried about this? It seems like such a massive potential issue I can only assume I'm missing the obvious answer the club and police have already though of.
But history is full of big obvious problems happening because everyone just missed it or assumed it would be ok

There are so many routes to get to the ground from limey. It's either a full on escort or potentially trouble all over town.superpull wrote: ↑Mon Mar 24, 2025 10:02 pm I've been worried about this?
