Not the worst half we’ve played but we’re pants in the final third. Burnley are utter crap, will be fuming if we don’t win this

Easiest first half you will ever get in the PL. Played well and controlled the game. Need the 2nd and 3rd goals though as surely they will come out to play in the 2nd half.

McNeil seems back to the McNeil of a few seasons ago.

Still got huge issues with his game (right foot, pace) but he doesn’t look like the ghost he’s looked like for most of this season

Decent half that. Was very similar to an Arsenal home performance against a relegation team. Penned them in, no threat whatsoever on the break. Set piece goal breaks the deadlock. A second goal kills it.

Longer it stays 1-0, the tetchier and more nervous the ground will get.
