Jesper Lindstrom
Re: Jesper Lindstrom
Just watched his post-match interview and he mentions having freedom a couple of times. Must feel like a weight lifted off the shoulders of players like him having Moyes come in and empower them to take chances on the ball.
Re: Jesper Lindstrom
yesterday he looked like the player i expected him to be
hopefully he continues this way

Re: Jesper Lindstrom
Demanding extra defensive duties from an attacker and them still feeling that's freed them up is quite something.

Re: Jesper Lindstrom
Honestly for me, he's better than I thought he was capable of due to how good his defensive game was yesterday. We've seen flashes of his offensive game and we definitely saw the best of that yesterday.
Re: Jesper Lindstrom
If we sign a right winger I'd love for Lindstrom to replace Doucoure in the 3-4-2-1 Moyes played when we had the ball... It's the formation I've been harping on about for ages with him and Ndaiye in the duel 10s. He's got something about him and it feels like Moyes is exactly the right man to get it out of him.

Was thinking this. Nice to experiment with him there and Patterson RWB when we are safe at the end of March.AjaxAndy wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2025 3:18 pm If we sign a right winger I'd love for Lindstrom to replace Doucoure in the 3-4-2-1 Moyes played when we had the ball...
