The shite have had some eerie tinfoil hat fortune with key opposition players getting injured or suspended just before games with them this season

Seems to be one of the only players that can handle Salah

Decent game, even though back from an injury and taking a knock in the first half. Underrated when he plays well.

Carrying a knock as well, thought Myko was great tonight.

Was this lad ok on Saturday?

Pinging it about for fun he was.

Going forward that’s the best he’s ever played for us.

Someone finally decided some one to one sessions with Baines might actually be worth a go

I had to laugh when the commentator was saying he’s one of the best attacking fullbacks in the league, but to be fair he did have a very good game on Saturday.

Or maybe the most negative manager we have ever had has gone and he's been allowed to get forward more

We can’t afford to let him go as well, we have 13 players out of contract, we are not going to recruit 12/13 new players, would be madness, 6 or 7 for the re build.

He’s fine as the starting left back next season.

We can’t sort out everything in one summer.

Right back, centre mids, wingers and strikers are all bigger priorities.
