Tim Iroegbunam
Re: Tim Iroegbunam
He leaves a big gap behind him quite often and is possibly the reason why dyche can't start iliman yet.
Some top attributes though, glides with the ball and seems really positive on it in terms of finding a ball into feet.
But him + iliman would be too much space for Gana to cover I think. So until someone more disciplined (JG) comes in I doubt we see Iliman start.

Some really encouraging signs and didn’t expect him to play this big a role, but think we need to reign in the enthusiasm a bit.
Had a 61% pass accuracy against Brighton and only won 3/11 duels against Spurs. Far from the finished article but a steal at £9m.

Mom performance for me.. been well impressed with him even though his age/inexperience shows some slight “issues” with experience and time this kid is good

Definitely his innate qualities are on the ball and progressing the ball forward (which is great because we hardly ever have any of those players or buy any of those players).
You'd like to think with Dyche's organisational skills, he could improve his positioning and defensive awareness over time and make him a more rounded player.
Absolute steal for £10m.

One of our few players last night that looked like a totally different class to opposition. He just glided through that game.
Re: Tim Iroegbunam
Individually, he is fantastic. Has a lot of really great attributes. I am just concerned in terms of how he fits properly into the team dynamic and the spaces that he leaves behind. Just doesn't feel quite right yet in terms of the setup. Not sure him and Gana compliment each other that well.
Far better than Garner though. Way more progressive and risk taking on the ball. However, contradicting myself, his risk taking is something he has to learn to control. A couple of times he tried to make positive passes and gave the ball away in dangerous areas and situations. He also turned out of 3/4 situations to beat the press, which was impressive, but again, these were in areas that you would prefer he found a pass to reduce the risk of a turnover and counter attack.

Great to see him doing well genuine question though why was he put in the team from the off and not the others also isn’t he an example of why new players should be played from the off thrown in from the off and has done well probably lucky that garner got injured otherwise might not have played much

It's almost like not all players are the same, that we have different depth in different positions, that they might perform to different levels in training or that they're not as familiar with their role in the system.
For every player that has been thrown in and done well, there's a player who has struggled and it's impacted their progression as a result.

I'm just glad we have some players now who are easy to root for and dream upon. As opposed to the Ashley Youngs trying to hang on to past competence. There will be ups and downs, and I am totally ok with that.
