Has been an incredible achievement to get to this point.

When you factor in covid, brexit, the financial crash, and the Ukraine war which for some reason meant our Iranian billionaire suddenly had no money to spend, we’ve smashed it.

I don’t think we’ll see a stadium like this get built for a good few decades. All the clubs who could afford something like this have either got new grounds, or are expanding where they currently are.

Can’t wait for tomorrow now.

Don't let Tom Brady hear you say that. Birmingham are just about to build something bigger and better...

Makes our former neighbours loft conversion look a little pathetic.

Seems like the fan plaza has permission to host 15 live events a year and the stadium at least 4 concerts.

Not the most reliable or information, but this site does a good job of explaining the pull of that plaza:

Floor layout for the food places etc - https://www.evertonfc.com/news/2025/aug ... n-stadium/

I think the Pit & Pickle has an overpriced cheesburger and crispy fries, and pint of San Miguel waiting for me pre match.

Anyone know if they’ve got gluten free options ?
I’m gluten & egg intolerant and have basically not been able to buy any food in most grounds in the country

That article doesn't mention anything, but would think it would be a major oversight if gluten free options aren't available with all the food choices on offer.

Apparently we’re going to have the most expensive pints in the league next season at £7?

Good luck trying to keep the fans around after the game with that guys.

I won’t be paying that, beers on the train up and stop in a boozer along the way.

Fan services have said that was a test graphic and they were not the final prices.

Which is good. Because I'll be having exactly 1 pint if it's £7.05 for a San Miguel (not that I'd drink that ever anyway) or £6.75 for a Bud.

The sign also didn't have Corona/Camden /Guinness on - I'm hoping that you have a choice of them all in every area

Fair play i suppose. He was mostly terrible but his part in getting BMD done should be applauded.
