All on the centre halves that.

Didn’t deal with anything that come into the box.

Yea the defence looks really poor aside from O'Reilly who looks good.

Konsa in particular looks out of his depth. Jimenez dominating them in the air and he's not exactly a giant.

Mexico are going to keep the pressure high, crowd will be all over England but Mexico are not a great side honestly. This should be an England win unless they capitulate under the pressure.

Stupid free kick to concede for the goal but the defence has looked shaky again. Could’ve easily been level at HT.

England probably need to score more here.

Think we might see big Dan Burn if this keeps up.

Even more concerning considering we’ve got a CB at RB and a very tall O’Reilly at LB - shouldn’t be dominated in the air as easily as we have been.

I think we’ll see Watkins before too long. Kane hasn’t been able to cover enough ground to press their CBs and midfield as he’s not mobile enough, it’s too easy to work their way around him into the final third.

Ironically think he's perfect for a game like this.

You need somewhat play the game with these central and south American teams. That means a bit of flopping, some snide, occasional scuffles.

I dont see the point in rising above it, flop when you need to and relieve the pressure or win an important free kick.

yeah, I just have strong dislike for him is all. I don't really have a problem with the tactic. Even though Mexico is in North America. ;)

Almost irrelevant what happens here.

This England defense is too soft to survive the later stages of the tournament.

Brutal atmosphere and conditions with the altitude here but shouldn’t be getting bullied in the air by Mexico.
