Arnaut Danjuma
Re: Arnaut Danjuma
Yeah I was probably a bit harsh on him after the match, watched MOTD and he really affected the game when he came on, and that final chance was really difficult and where it not for bad luck he scores there... I mean it hit the keeper's thigh without him having any clue and then hits the post, pure bad luck it didn't go in.
An exciting cameo and hopefully shows he's hungry to do well here.

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
He'll likely get more chances on the pitch especially if we pick up more injuries and suspensions.
He is only on loan and I would imagine we are not interested in making his loan move permanent but at least he gives us another option.

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
Personal terms agreed with Lyon apparently (l'equipe).
Must be looking for reinforcements ourselves?

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
Think he's been really underused by Dyche but not going to pretend he's an outstanding player either.

According to L’Équipe, Arnaut Danjuma (26), currently on loan at Everton from Villarreal, has agreed personal terms with Olympique Lyonnais.
As reported by Foot Mercato, Danjuma is keen on a move to Lyon this January. The forward is a peripheral figure at Everton, where he is currently on a season-long loan, and he is looking to increase his game time in order to earn his place in the Netherlands squad ahead of the Euros at the end of the season.
Lyon retain interest in Brentford target Benrahma
Whilst Everton, Lyon and Villarreal must come to an agreement to end the Netherlands international’s current loan in the Premier League, before formulating a new loan agreement with Les Gones, Danjuma himself has already agreed terms to join the Ligue 1 side.
The chances of seeing Danjuma arrive at the Groupama Stadium are therefore increasing. Should the deal be completed, it would give Lyon a bit of breathing room. The club are looking to sign three forwards during the January window. West Ham United’s Saïd Benrahma remains a top target, but he is an expensive option, and competition from Brentford is expected.

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
Surely we have to be signing a replacement if he goes, especially if McNeil's got more than a swollen ankle.
Be cool or be cast out.

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
Back in training isn't he?
He won't get picked and probably won't even make the bench but I'd love to see him get a chance.

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
He didn’t play him when he was fit can’t see him contributing much for the rest of the season
Re: Arnaut Danjuma
Thought he begun the season quite well.
But yeah he isn't picking him is he?
He wanted out in Jan.
Shame, he offers something a bit different.

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
Not the only manager not to pick him over the years.
Probably more an issue with the player than the manager.
I’ll get shot down for this as per.

Re: Arnaut Danjuma
I'd have him in the Doucs role as a change. Gets us up the pitch quicker, not massively creative but he can finish, goals is what we need. Not much use out wide I don't think.
