Re: Summer Transfer Window 2026
It definitely feels like there's a disconnect between the young players we're trying to sign and the manager that we know won't play them

Yeah it feels like the club is trying to go down a certain route but the manager wants a different system revolving around more experienced players with no sell on

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2026
I find it hard to believe that’s true but if it is we’re well and truly fucked. It would also mean the entire structure of the club from the new owners down is no better than it was under Moshiri.Kerryblueboy wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 7:40 am Yeah it feels like the club is trying to go down a certain route but the manager wants a different system revolving around more experienced players with no sell on
If there really is that much of a disconnect between Moyes and the rest then someone’s position is untenable and you’d think it’d have to be the managers.

If the best the club can come up with are Barry and Dibling we are going to be relying on Moyes and his experienced pros for a while yet.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2026
That sums it up for me. Its not like it appears weve signed amazing talent and moyes refuses to play them. They all look a bit shit.MayorFarnham wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 12:39 pm If the best the club can come up with are Barry and Dibling we are going to be relying on Moyes and his experienced pros for a while yet.

That's £65m. If you add in Alzaraz (£12m), Aznou (£7) and Rohl (£20m) then you're looking at a 9 figure outlay with none of them apparently good enough to start for us every week.MayorFarnham wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 12:39 pm If the best the club can come up with are Barry and Dibling we are going to be relying on Moyes and his experienced pros for a while yet.
Wherever the blame lies, it doesn't reflect well on anyone.

Not good enough to start every week is the kind way of putting it. Most dont look good enough to play premier league football. The best of them seem to be bland squad players

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2026
An agenda?? Why would I have an agenda against any of them? We just spent a lot of money on him and hes both a bit rubbish and absolutely not what we needed. My agenda is he hasnt been goodKerryblueboy wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 1:44 pm How can you say and I know you have an agenda against dibling but how can anyone say he isn’t good enough from the limited time we have seen him you 777 also said Jake was shite because dyche wouldn’t play him these young players need a coach who will treat them fairly and give them opportunities moyes ain’t that guy
You demanded we play Dixon dobbin and simms. Generally speaking if we never see them it's because they are more crap than the crap we desperately want out of the team. Ive seen dibling and barry though and neither are good enough
