Arsenal v Everton
Re: Arsenal v Everton
absolutely gutted to get beat there.
One poxy mistake undid all the good work of the previous 88 mins, and we didn't deserve to lose like that..
And to top it off, we'll have sky going hysterical over that kids goal forever and a day.
Sometimes i really hate the unfairness of football.
The title's arsenals now so fuck it come on west ham beat city and drop spurs right in the mire.

You're deffo right.
Just hard to not be so frustrated by footy.
Horrid team like that, shithouse manager and rubbish fans
Ugh
All good though, hoping another home win next week

Who are those wingers that you speak of that you would have brought on ?blueToffee wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2026 7:37 pm Daft mistakes cost us and poor subs cost us.
Played pretty well for a lot of the game sadly too to be spoiled late on. Hope we can get Tim on a new deal as I like him as an option in the middle.
Really, really hating that Armstrong sub again though. Yet again it doesn't make us any more solid and also chasing the game we’re left with no creativity on that side. Just play one of the 2 wingers we have please.

Re: Arsenal v Everton
You wouldn't care if you supported them, because they're going to win the league. But Arsenal are a horrid team, just totally snidey and getting away with all sorts of dark arts. Lost track of how many free kicks their defenders won by throwing themselves to the floor the second one of our players touched them, loads of off the ball blocks and just general all round knobhead behaviour.
Obviously I'm especially bitter about them right now, but really not a great footballing side at all despite having some really good players.

My brother is not even a fan of either side and he watched the final 10 mins with me and thought Alan Smith’s commentary was a disgrace
Re: Arsenal v Everton
If we are completely honest they were denied a stone wall penalty and we might not have recovered from that, very few of us expected a win and our goal difference was not trashed. We maintain our position in the league and move on.

Re: Arsenal v Everton
I think Armstrong made sense. He only came on because McNeil looked like he had a muscle issue after he stretched for the ball.
George and Dibling aren't disciplined enough to play in that position in those circumstances sadly

Re: Arsenal v Everton
No real complaints other than a brain fart from Pickford but he’s saved us on so many occasions so it is what it is.

Looks like there's been some trouble post game between our fans and Barry and friends he invited to the game.
Not a good look.
