Jan showed that the market is fully deflated due to P&S.
We're only getting north of £50/60m for him if the Premier League completely change their tune and say they dont care anymore.

We're desperate for cash, nobody is allowed to spend - what do you all think that will do for the price.

You don’t have to be English, you can be of any nationality to qualify as “home grown” providing you have played for any FA affiliated club for three years before turning 21.
