Ourselves and Villa just gonna recycle a few academy players between ourselves to sort our PSR problems? 🤔

Can be the only reason because he's a million miles away from being good enough for us let alone a side that's competing in the champions league!

Maybe teaching himself how to play chess will help as well - seems to have worked wonders for Gordon - well according to him anyway.

"We give you £10m over 5 years that you can account for in this year's accounts, and you give us £10m for someone over 5 years that we can account for fully this year. We both end up £8m better off for FFP this year, and then we won't have to worry about it down the line when the rules change..."

I like it, the 2 clubs from the top flight's most played fixture doing each other a solid to circumvent the rules.

Seems slightly fairer than the Digne/El Ghazi arrangement, too.

We've got an ally (maybe they want United to fuck off as well).

Glad to see two proper clubs making a mockery of these absurd unfit-for-purpose rules.

We seem to be linked with a lot of players right now, hopefully the new ownership is somehow helping us find some wiggle room with PSR + obviously the sales of Onana, Branthwaite and Dobbin will generate a decent amount of cash.
