Re: Euro 2024 Discussion
I'm sure France will win comfortably but would love a bit Austrian pressing magic here, it's been a day for upsets.

Belgiums disjointedness stems from the injuries in defence IMO, that CB pairing was at sixes and sevens all game and it just spreads nervousness through the side

Nice bit of unconscious racism from Tyldesley, there.
“Bakayoko had to run all the way back for that.”
It was Onana.

It will be the same tomorrow and probably on Wednesday, even though Scotland has a vital game that day.
It is not needed as is the constant 'Trent' this and 'Trent' that.

France look very stodgy to me. Kante and Rabiot in the middle feels a bit 2016, when you have Camavinga and Tchouameni in the squad.
Re: Euro 2024 Discussion
Agree, excellent players both, I wonder if it's horses for courses with Austria's high press, they do look a bit dangerous, like they'll get another chance or two.Bluedylan1 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 17, 2024 8:28 pm France look very stodgy to me.
