Transport is excellent if you arrive at Lime St. and jump on the many available buses.
Speed of service needs improvement but with additional food and drink outlets this will hopefully improve
Biggest problem with the loos is the fuckwits that enter via the exits.
Digital season tickets, the norm anywhere, who wants to carry a piece of plastic around ?
Climate control on the concourse ? What do you want, air conditioning or heating ? Just dress appropriately.
Resale option works perfectly, if I can’t attend a match I can either put my ticket up on re sale or transfer it to friend or family member, perfect
Lack of announcements
in the concourse ? What do you need in the way of announcements ?
Lack of tv’s ? No idea what that’s about.

Anyway, was just curious (was asking Normadski actualy j) nothing to do with whatever that personal jibe was about, interesting to hear what people perceive as deficiencies.

I would strongly disagree about the transport. I never bothered with the buses or trains (sandhills) due to the queues. I am fine with walking half an hour to where I park my car but for someone less able I think our stadium is pretty horrible to get to and from. My view.

My biggest complaint would be to do with speed of service of the food and drink, or rather the number of kiosks available to serve. I stopped bothering trying to get half time refreshment due to it basically meaning you missed the first ten minutes of the second half. This and people leaving 5 or even 10 minutes before HT (to avoid this) meant there were empty seats everywhere around you for a good solid 20 minutes. It was shit looking around and seeing a half empty ground where there should be people. Can't be good for the club income either if many are just not bothering, like me.

I feel (and I know theres probably nothing they can do about it) there could be at least 2 more wall openings to allow passage of people to filter in and out faster.

If the above isn't clear, I abhor queues. I'd rather walk half hour and get driving, than sit in a car bumper to bumper in a jam for the same time. Or stand waiting for busses or trains on underdeveloped platforms.

I dislike that "Forever Everton" seems to play just a bit too long as the players wait to kick off. The music should stop, let KO happen, then let the fans sing out the rest.

I find the interior of the concourse boring. Needs more blue. Hopefully this has happened in the summer.

I don't get why the tap to walk in and out food kiosk can't have something other than the shittiest beer on offer in the stadium.

Seat Unique have too many seats.

The toilets are too rammed.

I don't like being "given" a location when I "win" a seat in the ballot. I'd much prefer to pick a seat from a map, after "winning" the lottery. I end up in the same shitty corner every time, right next to seat unique. And yeah, its not shitty, but I'd like some variety. Barely ever got it. I tried mixing it up for the last game and turned out to be the only ballot I didn't "win" a seat.

I've been to Etihad several times for games or gigs, and I could not believe how quick I could go downstairs in a capacity filled stand, go up to the concessions stand, get some food or drink and get back. 5 minutes done. Our ground for concessions is a fucking joke. Unacceptable waiting for a new ground.

Theres quite a lot of other things that I would file under minor niggles, but the above are all things that can easily be improved, and hopefully we will see some of those improvements this season.

- A new dedicated Chip Shop on Level 2 of the South Stand will also open, providing supporters with another food option on matchdays. Pepsi’s outlet on the Budweiser Plaza will remain in place as a permanent matchday fixture, serving a range of Pepsi ‘Crafted Beverages’, including the exclusive ‘Toffee Edition’ created for Evertonians.

After match - South upper bars open for 2 hours after matches, South lower for 1 hour

I've not had it confirmed, but apparently in one of the gents the hand dryer is situated centimeters from the urinals.

A fan reported that using the far-right urinal activates the dryer, creating an "awkward" situation where one might dry their hands next to someone using the facility.

You are clearly not happy about a lot of things, some of which I am sure will have been addressed during the close season, I guess everybody has different priorities, one of mine is ease of getting to and from the stadium from Lime St. and I find it much better than it was to and from Goodison, there are plenty of buses lined up from two hours before kick off from commutation row, getting back there are plenty of buses lined up by the big chines restaurant.

I use the tap and walk in/out because my favourite beer is San Miguel which is available, I couldn’t care less what the colour of the concourse is as long as there is sufficient shelf space to put your beer down, this has been addressed.

Obviously I’m not bothered by the ballot because I have my regular seat as an ST holder so without wanting to come accross as “I’m Allright Jack” it’s easy to see how there can be a wide rift in satisfaction depending on your personal situation.
So overall, I’m quite happy.
