I still think if TFG can find an excuse to keep him they will. I think they would prefer to hold off on big decisions.

Evidence would suggest they're the opposite, at Roma they hire and fire at will

When one of my staff decides to hand their notice in, I'll move heaven and earth to put them on immediate gardening leave because at that point they're already disengaged and can cause far more damage sticking around and working their notice period than going immediately with a few quid in their pocket. It just feels like tht with Dyche now, like he's seeing out his notice period and doesn't have any fu king interest in being here. If he's genuinely interested in a new contract, that's even worse because that just tells me he's absolutely fucking clueless!

Sean Dyche is not invested in the fortunes of Everton Football Club. He's invested in what is best for Sean Dyche. He's got a few months of a fixed term contract left, so is guaranteed an income whether he stays or goes until his contract expires. We really need to bite the bullet right now whilst there is still time to repair the damage. He doesn't give a fuck whether out opening game at BMD is in the PL or Championship because he won't be there to see it. He'll be sat in Kettering spending his severance package, laughing his cock off.
From what I've read he benefits more financially if he's sacked at this point.

Moshiri’s run as owner wasn’t that bad if you add a couple of league titles in

What’s he even going on about here.

The man needs to go. He lost his head a long time ago and it’s embarrassing to see us have to play like this because the manager seems intent on dragging us down to his level so he can claim credit for just keeping us in the league.
This is no good at all. Do not like that disparaging use of 'the old lady' there.

He's got one note, lower expectations and drudge through, and it's stopped working.

Clinging on to the hope that they won’t sack him whilst he’s travelling back on the long journey from Bournemouth. Fingers crossed for the morning 🤞

He’s jumped the shark.

Talking complete nonsense now on top of the team not being effective.

There’s generally no it turning around once you hit this point.

I'm just hoping there's activity in the background, sounding out new managers. A decision needs making sooner rather than later or it may be too late for the next manager to implement his ideas and change the mindset of the players
