Big fan of teams telling us our prices for our players are unrealistic

Ok tell you what, we'll sell you DCL for £20m if you sell us Minteh for the same price... How's that sound?

Liking how we aren't taking any bullshit anymore.

Also seemingly walking away from deals as well ourselves.

I think that was the plan but Newcastle maybe not the same inflated offer for their player from elsewhere. So they suddenly didn't want to pay what they thought was our inflated price

I do think £40m is a bit steep for DCL with a year left, after a poor season in front of goal and with his injury record.

Could see a deal there if DCL is involved.

He's on about 200k a week. Would be a stupid signing. We are allowed to sign players on something other than sentiment

Need to get over him and Lukaku.

Would both be terrible bits of business.

We sold Richarlison for a profit. Since then he’s struggled at spurs and been injury prone.

All sentimentality aside, I genuinely think he would absolutely thrive and flourish in a Dyche set up.

Only scored one less Premier League goal than Jack Harrison at Goodison Park last season

100% he’d fit right in and add star quality. The sentimentality is what would attract him back. Without that we wouldn’t have a sniff of a forward of his quality.

Sadly Spurs would want top dollar and his wages would be an issue. Could only realistically see it if DCl goes and takeover completes before window shuts

Didn’t one of the ex-Brasil players recently say he’s not going to watch the national team any more because they are so far away from what they used to be?

Hard to disagree really.

That was Ronaldinho, apparently he asked Vini JR for tickets then said this after he didn’t get any!
