Not outright. Their status seems to remain as 'awaiting further documentation to allow approval'. The PL say they can't say no, they can only not say yes.

Maybe nobody should come in for us then because we used to do business with an Oligarch with close ties to Putin.

Any danger the Prem can leak to Ornstein why they still aren't passing the takeover, so we can blow these fuckers out of the water once and for all? I'm aware they can't outright refuse the takeover, and there's a set of criteria that 777 must meet and the process is therefore open-ended until those conditions are met. So just leak the reasons they are so objectionable, and that should be enough to end it, if the reasons are sufficiently incriminating.

That would be a much more useful leak that letting everyone know how many points we're getting deducted

My fear is the longer this drags on, the more likely it will get passed. I mean how much dodgy info do you need to see? They must see what we do.

It'll drag on until 777 gives up or we pull out of the deal.

I suspect Moshiri doesn't want to pull out because of the money we owe them and his uncertainty over other parties coming in and meeting his valuation (hint: they wont).

Maybe we wait to make sure we stay up and then interested parties show their hands. At some point either 777 have to give up or we pull the plug.

Rumours of a 35% minority stake being sold to an Iranian oil dude.

As Goaljira has said on numerous occasions they can’t find 777 unfit, they just can’t approve them, not sure what the difference is though ?

Is the rumour suggesting that Moshiri would retain 60% for the time being ?
