Err no. I’ll just have to assume your being deliberately obtuse

Anybody else worried about us losing the only hold up player we have and replacing him with a small wide forward

I get the business angle but it's hard to see us without him. He's a typical Everton no9 and has saved us twice from the drop. I think the shit he got from some sections of our fans maybe soured his love for the club. I'd like him to stay but to get the best out of him would mean Dyche changes his style, which won't happen

Worried we won’t sign someone with a fit & functioning DCL’s attributes & what he brings to the team. Beto & Chermiti (yet) don’t.

Unless he’s refused or refuses to sign a new contract I’d think we’re better keeping him

Think saved us twice from the drop is stretching it. Hes a striker who's probably scored about 15 league goals over the last 3 seasons. Not sure how he gets credited with having saved us twice given them numbers

We will desperately miss the best version of DCL but largely we've been missing that for years anyway

He also contributed heavily to us being in a relegation fight, by being injured a lot (not his fault) or being massively out of form.

Selling for a decent fee is the best solution for us, there are other target men out there. They might not be as good but if they're fit most weeks and a 1 in 3 striker they'll do, as long as in parallel we keep investing in youngsters with high ceilings.

His goal against Palace won us the game as did his goal against Liverpool which sealed our safety. It's a gamble selling him if Beto and Chermiti are all you have upfront.

Am I the only one who thinks he'd look proper at home in an AC Milan shirt?

That’s just incredibly pedantic that mate.

We’d rather he willingly sign a contract. Is that better?
