Personally feel like you and others are being thin skinned here. He's just having a laugh on social media, like millions of others do every day. Also, he's a premier league footballer, which means he's a million miles away from being "absolutely shite"... I'd say he's probably quite happy with where he's at.

If I was his position, on thousands of pounds per week without even playing or doing any work then I'd be enjoying time with friends or family, or relaxing in my massive house or on holiday or quad biking or lying by a pool reading or going snorkeling or dancing at a festival or watching films in my home cinema or going wine tasting in Italian vineyards....
I wouldn't be sat in a dark room with a manic look on my face as I post how I'm laughing at England. Shaking as I press send on a tweet I've been dreaming of for weeks.

Mate, you're giving this far too much energy. It's not worth it.
We’ve every right to be annoyed at it because if he goes unchecked, this will be the season teams (Everton) get docked points for bringing the game into disrepute via players social media accounts.
It will be an experimental sanction where they try it with one random team (Everton) and then the next three years will be spent in adjudication hearings until it is eventually dropped without anyone else (other than Everton) being charged.
