You can get on on EvertonTV.
I never usually bother watching much of pre season, the games are generally pretty boring and you don't really get any real information as to where the squad are. I know everyone makes the sarcastic comments about "minutes in the legs" but certainly the early games are about that, getting the players back up to speed. Towards the end you expect to see some football and a plan but these early games aren't anything to stress about or read too much into.
Fans can purchase a MatchPass – priced at £7.99 – to gain access to the live stream for Tuesday’s game, or alternatively, a double-header MatchPass is available to enjoy live coverage of games against both Accrington Stanley and Blackburn Rovers (Saturday 19 July) for just £9.99.
Forever Blue Members, Forever Blue+ Members, Season Ticket Members and Premium Members will receive an email containing a promotional code to gain a 25 per cent discount off the cost of the double-header package.

You'd think at £60 a pop that they'd throw in the pre-season matches for Forever Blue Members for free. £7.99 or £9.99 for both is a bit of a joke. Be different if the US matches wasn't on Sky and they just said "Watch 5 matches for £20" or something but otherwise just sucking as much money as they can out of fans.
You can never even guarantee that EvertonTV will show the whole match
