Great tackle when they where on the break there, especially on a yellow.

Can't be having him as anything other than an impact sub though when gueye is back.

He was quite anonymous 2nd half but did the few things he had to do really well, mostly breaking up play and of course that tackle. Scary when he's on the ball though

Looked class when he came on, wasn't sure which version of this Tim was on the pitch but I didn't recognise him... Then he miss controlled the ball and hacked down their player with what should have been a yellow card. So that felt a bit more familiar.

The good bits are coming more than the bad bits now, which is nice.

He's been really good the last few games.

Think he enjoys games where he's not asked to do a great deal other than put in tackles... Good coming off the bench for that role and today played well doing it.

Think Moyes has been in his ear to keep it simple, don't do anything stupid in your own half and express yourself up the other end.

I think there may be a top level ball winner in there.

Lot of work to do but he is really good winning the ball.

Our best player last night, not a high bar though as everyone else were just pathetic

The fact he cost nothing means this might be one decent signing we actually managed to pull off over the past few yaers.

Yeah, lot of work to do but there’s something really promising with him.

A very Tim performance.

Very good at times, sometimes very much getting dispossessed for absolutely no reason.

I'm sometimes a bit reticent to compliment him in the match thread as it feels like he's still got a little mistake him around the corner. However, I think he's broadly doing a lot better and adds a lot of things we can lack in that central area.

He was my MOTM, although it was a lower bar yesterday for sure.
