Other clubs being Barca and Juventus apparently.
He's been decent there, but at 30 he's the sort of player a top club might sign to fill a specific need in the squad rather than always be the main man.
Either way, very much doubt he's ending up here. So I'd not worry too much about it if you'd be against it.

He would actually be the kind of striker evertonians would love. High workrate, team player, physical monster with both pace and great at headers. Problem is that he would never join us. He loves life in Madrid and have no interest in leaving - if they still want to offload him I am sure he would have other options including Champions League - so you are quite right. He will not end up at Everton.

It's a good point. Excluding the three promoted teams, then I think ourselves and Forest are probably the least attractive sides in the league next season.
