You could say they’re the three best midfielders in the world at the moment.

Quality all round the first eleven as well.
I’d actually have them as dark horses if it wasn’t for the Ronaldo circus.

They should be starting Ramos, can’t have a ImageImage year old leading the line

Sounds good as long they don’t have any aging forwards who are highly influential despite not being physically able to put in the same work as the rest of the team.

And even if they do, they should be fine as long as they have a strong manager to deal with that personality.

I’m ready for Messi and Ronaldo to fuck off already.

There’s something objectionable to me about the way they’re managing the twilight of their careers, playing in terrible leagues at half effort and then showing up to major tournaments as the faces of their respective teams because their star power is unmatched by the best players in the modern game.

They’re allowed to do it, I just don’t have to like it. Messi winning a Ballon d’Or while playing for Inter Miami was actively disgusting though.

That and them being deemed almost untouchable by a number of referees. Rules for Messi and Ronaldo, and rules for the rest. It's not on, and further degrades the integrity in the sport.

One of the most overrated world cup performances in history imo. He was pretty average for most of it. Scored 7 goals but 4 of them were penalties.
