I have a feeling that may be the paragraph that Everton are disputing as factually inaccurate. Everton admitted that there was a breach of PSR, but it was established that this resulted in no sporting advantage. Just because Burnley's legal team state that it is common ground does not mean that it is fact. The only fact is that a breach was admitted.
The commission found that Everton did gain a sporting advantage in our PSR breach, just not a quantifiable one - which is where the maths in the Burnley case is baffling.
Chance that this is all rejected on appeal, and the government who were at one stage talking about intervention and regulation (are they still?), get involved?

I imagine if we lose our appeal we take it to 'real' courtrooms. This could rumble on for a long time.
