So after three months and a global search the Republic of Ireland have named John O'Shea as interim manager. It can't be that hard to find someone surely?

It's one of the few jobs in the world where I think Roberto Martinez probably would be an improvement.

I find the Barcelona thing a bit mental tbh. They've been shocking for years and won the league under Xavi last season. They've not been great this season but they could go within 6 points of Real Madrid who are top of the league with a win tomorrow whilst they're still in the champions league.
I don't think they look great this season but don't buy that Xavi has been an abject failure and I'll be surprised if they improve with whoever they get in.
