Surely we aren't really facing administration. Surely if we are in such a desperate position we'd just sell some of our players when the window opened. We could easily get 150m plus for our best 3
We would only be facing administration if neither Moshiri nor 777 were to stop funding us, allegedly 777 said they would not beyond December and we don’t really know what Moshiri would do ?
Yes that’s definitely an option, but to get 150m plus you’re talking about DCl, Branthwaite, might buy enough time to find a new buyer.

Definitely, even if we sold Onana and Branthwaite at cut price deals we'd get £100m minimum for both.
I don't believe the adminstration click bait headlines have any validity behind them.

Its Xmas in a week, whats the fecking delay PL!?
Stinks.
Think they said they will try to decide by February, really can’t understand why given all the evidence and grounds for appeal are there already that they can’t meet for a couple of hours, discuss, decide and let everyone get on with their lives.

Thought the decision about the 777 takeover was going to be “by the end of the year”?

777 have put in over £100m to cover operating costs since May, so them not getting the deal over the line would put us in massive jeopardy.

Depends... No one seems to know what those operating costs are,.if they're day to say running it's a big issue, if it's stadium costs not so much. Obviously no one wants the stadium construction to stop, but it would be not catastrophic if it did Vs if that was day to day costs they'd covered.
If it is day to day then Moshiri will have to stump up some cash, I'm sure there's ways and means... We might have to be careful how that paper trail looks, but his a supposed multi billionaire and could fund us if required one way or another.

Moshiri has no money.
Any money he does have is tied up with Usmanov.
He ain’t putting a penny more into this club and I doubt he’s put any of his own money in since he supposedly took over.
He’s a front, we’ve been a front for an oligarch to launder money.
Yeah like I said without saying, Mosh isn't really the owner and if there was a desperate need Usmanov would find a way to give Moshiri the money to them use... They need to protect their investment as if we went in to administration that would be a whole lot worse than funneling some dodgy money in to the club somehow.

They just write it off.
Yep, I think we discussed a couple of times on the old forum that the ultimate objective of money laundering is legitimate extraction, and any "shrinkage" along the way was never clean money anyway.

Jerry, all these big companies, they write off everything.
It's already posted as a loan/debt against the club though.
It gets written off if we go into administration, potentially. But whether we pay it back right away or not, it's a debt the club owes one way or another.
It seems like the gentleman's agreement was it gets turned into equity once the sale goes through
