Keep shifting everyone around, you could George on the left (although seems like he can play right too), Grealish middle and Ndiaye on the right...then just have them interchange.
He seems pretty good with both feet and I'd trust most players coming out of Chelsea's academy more than most.
I think actually looking at his experience which is 9 first team games I'm thinking he's potentially an additional squad player not our main winger signing.
If we've binned off Dibbling at £45m maybe we buy a £25m winger + a £20m additional option to bring on slowly and allow us to rotate tired players out.
I actually would prefer this to £45m on Dibbling.

He could compete with kdh for the right hand side!

What is this rotational squad stuff you speak of?

Rotation is when you have a squad big enough that you don’t have to play centre backs at RB, don’t have to play 5ft 5 wingers with no pace, no power and no right foot at RW, and don’t have to have 3 goalkeepers in a matchday squad.

If we wanted McAtee that badly, he’d be here already.

I like McAtee, but I'm not gutted we haven't got him. I don't think his ceiling is that high.

I don't really get what McAtee is as a player really. I watched the u21 Euros and he wasn't pacey, doesn't have a trick.
He was basically like Mason Mount for me, just works hard but doesn't have much else going for him.
Not for £30m, no way. Hate to say it but that RS Tyler Morton who's gone to France for £10m was better.

I think Mason Mount is a good comparison, just decent at everything without really being excellent at anything in particular.

As we stand today I reckon KDH is our Doucouré replacement and it makes sense, we need somebody in that position who can receive the ball, turn and play forward whilst also doing the hard work off the ball.
Assuming Grealish comes then it’s:
Beto/Barry
Grealish. KDH. Ndiaye

Can we change the title of this thread from The Rebuild to The Rebirth?

Not sure about George on first look. Anticipation good, couple of tricks, but head down, passing and finishing not great, not a whole lot else. Any thoughts?

Think we've gone that far down the list that George and the other players we're looking at are all going to be works in progress. None are really Premier League proven. We'd be buying with the hope they'd improve over time with coaching and more experience.
