I was thinking this the other day, I don’t recall him ever being there, you’d imagine he would have been at least once.Granite wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2026 9:28 am This “happily dissatisfied” quote really getting hammered in the end of season pods. To think that we were above Sunderland that day when Kinnear said it in the program notes, when we’d essentially waved the white flag on Europe - only for Sunderland to get there ahead of us. I keep getting new waves of anger over it
A proper Kenrightism that really makes me worry about the ambition of those in charge.
Should really have be a seperate thread for our board and Kinnear as the Freidkins aren’t really involved in the day-to-day running of the club. Has Dan even been to the stadium this season? Been a regular at Roma games.
He was there with his son for tge pre season game against Roma.Bluebridge wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2026 12:49 pm I was thinking this the other day, I don’t recall him ever being there, you’d imagine he would have been at least once.
Would imagine they would have had the whole tour before the match, wouldn’t you if you’d just bought a stadium for a gazillion quid.Bluebridge wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2026 4:02 pm Did they go on the pitch? I went to that, must have missed it.
Nah they should be getting on the blower to a radio chat show host to blab our summer transfer plans to everyoneBluebridge wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2026 6:13 pm Yep, I know they don’t like being in the limelight, but a quick walk on to the pitch for a wave to the fans would have been good.
Jim White was eagerly awaiting that call.Cereal Killer wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2026 9:34 pm Nah they should be getting on the blower to a radio chat show host to blab our summer transfer plans to everyone
