Re: December Points Haul
Spurs and Newcastle are both decimated by injuries and have Europe to contend with, those matches are easier than they look on paper and I think we’ll get 2-4 points from them.
Conversely I think we’ll fold under pressure to Burnley which would be a massive loss, we love giving the promoted sides three points

Re: December Points Haul
No easy games but with where we are they never are I feel.
Honestly think 8-10 points would be good and have us within touching distance of safety which would be good.
If we think we'll need around 32-34 points to stay up then we'll want to be on at least 12 points coming out of December.
Even with the loss to United we played well enough to get something so performances have been their all season - keep the same level and we'll be ok. Big concern over I juries going into this run though and then we desperately need a CM in Jan with Gana leaving for AFCON.

Re: December Points Haul
Due to the squad size, I think Keane, Danjuma, Gomes etc. will be starting games within a couple of weeks. Grim.
Be made up with 9 points.

Re: December Points Haul
Doucoure, Branthwaite and Gana are all a booking away from missing the Newcastle game. Could well have to play Gomes, Godfrey or Hunt in CM - so it goes both ways.StirlingBlue wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 1:06 pm Spurs and Newcastle are both decimated by injuries and have Europe to contend with, those matches are easier than they look on paper and I think we’ll get 2-4 points from them.

Only positive in all this is we’ve been here before in the past 2 seasons so we know what we have to do
