Re: Tyler Dibling
Barry fucked it with his yellow card, and you can't really not bring on your top scorer (Ndiaye) if you're losing with half an hour to go.sam of the south wrote: ↑Wed Sep 24, 2025 8:02 am He definitely should’ve been kept on with Grealish and KDH last night.
I also would’ve preferred Barry to stay on at that point, too.

Re: Tyler Dibling
I've got no worries about Dibling, he's an exceptional talent, very young. We could have spent some of the money on whatever mediocre fullbacks were available, but I'm glad we've invested it in Dibling instead.
Needs to play with our full strength team more often.

Moyes probably sees him as too lightweight for CM. He'll do well against West Ham, but he shouldn't be an automatic selection when Rohl is fit.

Re: Dwight McNeil
There's only one use for McNeil. Hug the left touchline and swing balls in. Belter left foot, nothing else.
If ya not gonna do that with him dont play him.

Re: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Our expectations have risen quite a lot since we won a few on the bounce and we started playing some nice football. He is a bit flimsy, and not much of a presence defensively, but he's also one of the reasons we've played well in those games. Big step up in quality from Doucoure. I imagine though, R...

Liverpool's title now, unbeaten, way ahead and haven't even got their best player going yet (Isak), who of course will never get injured.

Re: David Moyes
First 20 minutes at Anfield is always a storm. I dont think we were solid enough in midfield to manage that first 20, ye Beto was shit at holding it up but we had big gaps in the middle when it broke down.

I hope we act like a modern professional outfit and not take the route of appointing an untested manager because they've played for the club.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
If the UK wasn't so archaic and allowed drinking in your seats then there wouldn't be an issue with all the queues and delays... it would also mean staggered toilet usage. There would still be halt time spikes, but not as bad. The other issue is that with improved choices a higher percentage of peo...

Re: David Moyes
As much as it depends on how well he performs, it also depends on what other managers are available/attainable as well.

All set up for us to be the first team to take points off them in some controversial way, and send them into a tail spin.
