Nice to hear the delap interest is concrete.

Be amazed if we beat other clubs to him to though.

We should create a new thread called 'rumours you made up', then post rumours we've just pulled from thin air and watch how long it takes before one appears by one of these accounts as a legit rumour.

I bet it'd take less than a week.

I'm not really into Moyes having full control of everything. He said himself recently that a manager's job has changed so much over the last few years and there's even more to deal with, it's a different game from when he was trying to dig out Championship bargains etc 20 years ago. Feels like a bit of a step backwards to me.

Not interested at all in Dewsbury-Hall or Hamer tbh.

Ndiaye better than both and he's not that good.

Would defo have Dewsbury-Hall, if the price was right. Quality footballer.

I agree, but we're in a tough position.

Surely we cant wait until Thelwell's office is being used again, the restructuring going on in the back office might take until transfer window closes and we've got a dozen new/existing signatures needed and not a great deal of time to get them.

I think Moyes will need to make a few signings, with assistance from others, just to get the ball rolling, if anything to prove to other prospective big signings that were actually serious.

Really hate the thought of Harrison coming back.

Even if it’s on the cheap or another loan.

We need to stop rewarding players for working hard and having a good attitude and nothing else.

It’s the bare minimum. What use is he as a squad player? He’s not going to come on off the bench and change the game, he’s going to be a massive drop off for whoever he comes in for when he starts and he’s unlikely to chip in with goals and assists.

Would much rather use that loan space for a young maverick type winger who’ll be roughy around the edges but can change a game.

Harrison offers nothing going forward. I thought dyche was stifling him but there’s been little improvement since moyes has been here.

I can't see Moyes putting up with such an ineffective attacking player. He said it himself about Harrison and Lindstrom a few months ago with regards to contributing goals and nothing has changed since.

Kudus scored 14 and Bowen scored 20 in Moyes' final season at West Ham, so it's not like he doesn't know the value of goal-contributing wingers.

I wouldn't put anything past this club but I'd be surprised if Harrison is even being considered.

Need to go all out for delap.

£30m in todays game is insane value for him.

Be the big number nine, going into a new ground, smash it for a year or two then get your big move.

Yeah I'm all in for Big Liam Delap but would be amazed if we pulled it off.

Pretty much half the league are gonna be in for him, all about how we sell it to him I guess.

We're bringing you in to be the focal point of our attack. If you're fit, you're starting.

If he wants to play every week, then he comes to Everton where he'll absolutely be a nailed on starter.

It’s rare that a footballer doesn’t consider themselves as being capable of earning the starting spot anywhere.

The personality who looks at another forward and thinks “he’s better than me, I’m not starting ahead of him” isn’t the one that gets to Delap’s level
