I'd go for chaotic-bad over neutral-neutral.

What if it's 1 of the 30 games dcl isn't fit for?

Little article on the BBC about how much he wants to be fit for the last home game and how much Everton means to him.

Think hes signing.

Oh joy, look forward to his pretend closing down and 2 goals a season. Hoping he's used as back up to a striker that can score if this is true

I've no problem with him staying but it has to be on what he's worth not terms we offered when he was fit and we were desperate

Will never really understand the stick he gets. Been an absolute warrior for us through the bleakest of times, doing a completely thankless task and putting his physical wellbeing and career on the line for much of it, while being regularly insulted for not being toxically masculine enough.

We pay over 5m a year to someone who's never fit and misses sitters when he is. You seriously don't understand why he gets stick?

Sensible decision to re-sign.

DCL for free + another (and sell Beto)

Or

Beto + another (and lose DCL for free)

If DCL couldn't contribute and wasn't behind the team Moyes wouldn't have him anywhere near it.

He doesn't score enough, I'll defo concede that but the reason he's never fit is because we've flogged him and run him into the ground for years. Yeah, I don't really get the stick. I think he's been sound for us, and the least of our problems over the last few years. I feel bad for him that he's had to play in some of these teams for some of these managers.

If he scored goals he would be on his way to a top 8 team.
You could possibly see a Leeds or Burnley offering him a short term contract.
If he stayed fit and took a short term contract on less money he would be fine as back up for us but I cant see him accepting that.
