I think he’s got a good footballing brain, good touch, an eye for a forward pass, an eye for danger without the ball etc but seriously lacks physically. Can’t impose himself really and just isn’t quick enough with or without the ball but especially with..

I’d like to keep him in the squad, get him in the gym and see where the next 12 months takes him. Local lad, good on the dressing room, still young.

Think Moyes has sussed him out.

Will want a proper midfield partner for Gueye.

Happy for him to come in and out every now and again, run about, put a tackle in, play it safe on the ball etc. good squad player for a lower end of the table team. Will naturally move down the pecking order as we hopefully move up.

He’s a better right back than midfielder

Nah he’s far too slow to be a right back successfully.

Fine squad player, on fair wages but we’ve got issues if he’s starting games next season as he’s too cowardly to do anything.

Frustrating as he’s got the technical ability but clearly something lacking on the mental side as well as the physical issues he has

I find it frustrating because you can see he's capable of more.

The through ball to beto against Leicester.

He's got it in his locker, but that's the issue, he plays within himself too much.

I'm not sure he is capable of more. We have more than enough evidence of that now over multiple seasons.

One through ball against a defence you could drive a truck through does not make a summer.

I think we've been conditioned by watching so much shite over the last 5-6+ years, that when we see a momentary flash of something good, it's easy to get carried away.

Lindstrom has 2 good games after moyes arrived and we all got a bit excited.

Just saw that interview he did where he was banging on about how much of a Liverpool fan he was then I was almost floored at him gushing saying how caught up in the moment he was when you’ll never walk alone was playing.

Fingers crossed he lives up to what he did in my FM save (not with Everton). We sold him for £56m to Arsenal. He won the World Cup, Euros, Serie A twice, Italian Cup twice (AC Milan), Carabao Cup (Arsenal), Serie A player of the year twice. Incredible career.

Just don’t think he offers enough for us. Decent cover for CM/RB/RWB maybe.
If we didn’t have a such a massive rebuild this summer he’d be the first out of the door for me.
