Fun fact: I’m a direct descendant of Fletcher Christian who led the mutiny on the Bounty. Less fun fact: found out due to an extremely rare genetic illness in the family that only affects a few families round the world, including Christian’s descendants on the Pitcairn Islands. FYI I do not carry the gene and neither does my sister so in our line it died with my dad.
