New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Yeah, they just do match days in there.
Something like £60 for the match and a free bar.
Don’t get the appeal of stuff like that myself but seems a lot of them popping up now.

I stopped due to it being too busy. Oddly enough, ended up in the brick then the Winslow - neither of which are quiet.
But yeah, fairly certain the "all inc bar, bite to eat and ex player" events are the Segura nowadays. Used to be upstairs in Orrys (the one over the road from Segura), so always expected him to move closer to the ground or put a bus on.

"get down to Dickinson Hill" could have worked. The Doc wrote: ↑Sat Jun 21, 2025 4:51 am I've warmed up to the new name now, after initial disappointment. Inevitably talked myself round to liking it, as with anything we do, signing Bolasie, hiring Dyche... but at least this time it's a sensible business decision.
Although it'll have to be referred to as Bramley Moore Dock when we belt out Spirit of the Blues.

When is the earliest you can go see the engraved stones?
I’m passing through in July and would like to see the one I got if possible

Quote from Everton:
The initial designated capacity of 52,888, proposed as part of the final design created five years ago, has been reduced slightly following a thorough post-construction audit and review of the seating configuration across the stadium in readiness for the new season.
Factors such as segregation lines between the home and away section and the compliance and provision for media facilities and camera positions have played a part in the original maximum capacity being reduced by 0.2% (119 seats).
No seats purchased as season tickets have been affected by this slight reduction in capacity.

Still think they've got it wrong with 52K, gone way too low in my opinion.
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Just about right I reckon, joint fifth largest stadium in the Premier League, financial model probably stacks up better with sell out at premium prices than increased construction cost and empty seats, was only eight years ago that we were selling half season tickets in January.

30k plus on the season ticket waiting list before it was built (I think) they've managed to knock off what, about 12-14 from that list?
Still a jump but I feel they could have gone a bit more in my opinion. We are well supported and it would have more than sufficed.
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
It only became difficult to get a ticket like the last 6 months of last season. I'm sure the numbers will start strong at BMD but after that I wouldn't be surprised if we struggle with 52k tbh, especially if things go poorly on the pitch.
And tbf, Sunderland get like 40k but even 6k empty seats looks really bad on the cameras, so I would rather 52k and full houses than 60k and nowhere near selling out.

Was that 30k number ever verified ? Just wondering because that number seems very high to have accumulated over an eight year period that we have been pretty much circling the drain for the most part and eight years ago season tickets were on free sale and couldn’t even sell out without offering half season tickets in January.i think I’m correct in saying that Brownie and Ram bought within the last eight years would be interested to know if they were ever on a waiting list ?Cozzie wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 1:52 pm 30k plus on the season ticket waiting list before it was built (I think) they've managed to knock off what, about 12-14 from that list?

We did the Goodison tour and the guying doing the tour said the ST waiting list was 30k and membership was 50k. I don't know how often the waiting list is updated but there will be a lot of natural wastage in that though, people who's circumstances have changed, moved away, passed away, can no longer afford it, or just kept their name in there but wouldn't take it up if the offer came.Escalator wrote: ↑Tue Jun 24, 2025 2:04 pm Was that 30k number ever verified ?
