Didn't realise how often I logged on until the old site went. Can't tell you how pleased I was when this popped back up.

Massive part of most of my adult life. I've done boss stuff because of here, I've made mates because of here and it's my safe space. Si, Bally and many others I am forever grateful for.

Quick shout out for the members we've lost both for real and when the forum was resurrected

I was thinking about this today
21 fucking years man
I was just going back into work after a year out to learn how to be a dad
My youngest is 22 now
The fucking life I have been through since first signing up to here is nothing short of astonishing, especially as I was 32 when I signed up I'd spent 17 years in bars and was still drinking
I was a fucking mess
This place helped me back on track I've made friends for life on here
Dave
Gash
Ram
Stealth
Jack
Nick
Rich (get fucked Currill)
The other rich
Steve he was a bit of a knobhead on here but a sound fella in reality
If I've missed anyone I apologise my brain isn't braining today.

And obviously the main man Si
Who I love as family , genuinely I think the only other person outside of my immediate family who actually gets me .

Thank you to all who have kept this place a beacon of .... Well normality

Great site great posters, think I've been posting for 20 years, someone I used to work with when I was a Lifeguard put me on to it and been hooked ever since, barring a few spells away. And there's been one constant, all the way this whole time - Mark Hughes is a cunt, of course.

God bless yous all honestly. A great site with great posters.

Actually think, cautious optimism, the vibes been a bit better since the constant threat of liquidation like the sword of damacles has been removed.

God, it was 20 years ago I signed up then.

Made my name Mick95 thinking it won't be long before I have to ask an admin to update that when we win something.

Went on that long I realised people started thinking I was born in 95 haha

I still cherish the memory of meeting some of youse back in 2008 iirc, I had freshly moved to the UK and I felt a bit lost, going to that NSNO dinner gave me such a boost mentally.

Been here for 10 of those now, ever since the outstanding 2014 World Cup pod by Si and Bally. Never would have thought that "Jimmy" would play for us, even if only for a season, but there you have it.

I don't go on the other forums but I got asked to play for the BlueKipper vs Grand Old Team match at Goodison a few years ago through someone I know.

We should arrange something like that.
