That’s a ridiculous accusation, just because a person has a different opinion to someone else that doesn’t make a person weird, I may be right, I may be wrong but I have my own opinion and don’t see the need to change it, you have yours, I have mine so what’s the problem.

9 out of 10 times that a legitimate argument. But opinions don't trump facts and this is one of those times mate.

He'd be registered as a homegrown talent so as a 3rd choice I could see someone like arsenal take him.777Kidnappings wrote: ↑Sun Jun 29, 2025 2:48 pm Be amazed to see him at arsenal. Surely they could get the 2nd worst finisher in Europe

I knew as soon as the photoshop shout was made that he’d get all aggro about someone saying it wasn’t

Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin
Been a good player for us, injuries fucked him as well as shit managers, a case of what might have been but it's more than time for him to move on. Wish the lad luck he just seems like a decent fella more than anything else.

He's the type of person who if they say, "I'd like the experience of playing and living abroad." You'd tend to believe him.

Re: Dominic Calvert-Lewin
I'd be absolutely amazed. When did arsenal last sign someone who'd performed so poorly and had an awful injury record over a number of seasons. Hes a weird signing for anyone that's not desperate enough for just a punt.
Ross barkley went to Luton but with better form, a better injury record and on about 40k a week. I don't really know how anyone can justify him getting anything significantly better than that
I think he'll end up at Leeds hoping to prove himself and get a good move a year down the line

We let Keane go too soon!Cozzie wrote: ↑Sun Jun 29, 2025 1:26 pm So with DCL gone, The Cherminator looking likely to go out on loan.
On the presumption that Barry signs, how would everyone feel about Beto and an untested Barry as our striking options next season?
Can't help but maybe feel we need a 3rd striker in on top of those 2.
