Football wrong-uns
Re: Partey
He's been charged @Jimmywhack not found guilty (yet).
This has been common knowledge for a long time, and it seems very suspicious that he's only been charged within days of leaving Arsenal and becoming a free agent.

Re: Partey
3 different women.
If Mendy got away with his stuff then I'm sure Partey will get away with this. It pays to have the best lawyers.

Partey charged with rape.
a) About fucking time.
b) What are they going to do about everyone turning a blind eye and carrying on as normal (assuming he's found guilty, which he obviously won't be)?

Re: Partey
Made up he's finally been nabbed.
Hopefully justice prevails and yes, Arsenal knew, they truly did. Madness they allowed him to carry on playing.

I hope he is asked. I thought the same. It is a fucking disgrace.Cereal Killer wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 1:47 pm Wonder what weasel words Arteta will spout to make out it was all fine to keep playing him
Re: Football wrong-uns
Arrested and bailed on 7 different occasions during the course of this investigation, apparently.
Arsenal should be ashamed of how they've acted here. Regardless of the verdict, the moral course of action is to suspend him whilst investigations are ongoing.
If he's found guilty I wonder if heads will roll? Arteta has been very vocal in his public backing. Should he lose his job? Arsenal should be doing some serious soul searching right now.

Re: Football wrong-uns
Such a weird approach. Everton don't get much right but they suspended Siggurdsson while not making a deal of it so innocence or guilt could be proven. You just have to have a zero tolerance approach to this stuff.

Re: Football wrong-uns
Steven Vaughan died last week but suspect that doesn’t mean a lot to most people. 'Business associate' of Curtis Warren, allegedly laundered his ill gotten gains for him. Well into organised crime, violent well known in local boxing scene.
Football connection? Over time he owned Barrow, Bangor City and Chester. None of whom benefited from the experience. There is a story, though, that I like, at the time of the money laundering accusations he owned Barrow. Flying over ground in a helicopter he said to his friend(s) they'll never find the money. It's buried down there under the centre spot.
Probably just local folklore but I'd like to think it's true!
