Re: Pre season friendliest confirmed
If it had been sunny where I live I'd be in the garden topping up my tan.
Re: Pre season friendliest confirmed
I'd guess because we haven't a third kit yet and our home and away kits would clash with Blackburn's blue and white.

Re: Pre season friendliest confirmed
That was shite.
Normally these first few friendlies dont matter because you've got 4-5 players due from late starts due to internationals, but what we had today is what we've got and its absolutely rubbish.
CM and RW need to be in this week, but we're off to America now so that'll be it until we get back. Shambles of a club.

Nah. These players picked up points at a comfortable midtable rate last season and reinforcements are on their way.
The regulars we lost are Doucoure and Harrison. Their output is replaceable.
I think we’ll be just fine.
Also, and I think this is a legitimate fault of his, Moyes teams always start the season like shit.

I’m sure they’ve just been working on fitness.
Because there was no build-up, breaking the lines, co-ordinated press, nothing really, just a few floaty diags.

I think we’re all greatly underestimating what Doucouré brought, as clumsy and frustrating as he was.kramer wrote: ↑Sat Jul 19, 2025 3:50 pm Nah. These players picked up points at a comfortable midtable rate last season and reinforcements are on their way.
