Think we've been hanging by a thread for 2 or 3 seasons. The owner trying to sell and reports players were turning us down for the likes of Southampton and even recently Ipswich. I'm not really having we were in a position to attract or pay for himKerryblueboy wrote: ↑Sat Jul 26, 2025 12:55 pm It was 5 million up front the rest in instalments could easily have afforded him but better off dyche wouldn’t have played him

Re: The Rebuild
Have no worries about him getting game time under moyes.
Feel like people are making out moyes is like dyche but what sets him apart from managers like that is he’s willing to take a risk on young players from the continent.
£15m on a young Felliani from Belgium was mental money back in the day but moyes knew he’d be worth it.
He won’t go into the team straight away, but will get enough minutes over the course of a season.
Looks like he could be a great option from the bench when we need something different.

Re: The Rebuild
It’s good that Moyes isn’t having full autonomy on transfers. How it should be. Looking forward to us getting the deal over the line.
Re: The Rebuild
Fofana predominantly plays on the left, so you’d assume we’re getting a proper right winger too. God bless.

Re: The Rebuild
It would be great to get those two over the line. Know nothing about Aznou but amazing to get a young full international with loads of potential. Fofana is an exciting one.

Re: The Rebuild
Hmmm if he played today then i wouldn’t imagine we’re that far down the road to signing him. He’d want to avoid risk of injury.
