Got my Roma ticket emailed over by the club today

Got an email allowing me to link to my wallet but on my account it says I have no tickets to manage. I’m not going and have promised the ticket to the person named on my account that I share the ticket with but it’s a fuxking nightmare. Nothing is ever easy with this club

Oh God, I just clicked the add to wallet link button on the email and it took me straight to the ticket

Which stand are you basing those prices on ?

East and west stands. I tended to sit in main stand at Goodison so is the direct equivalent.

Downloaded into wallet no problem, in addition to my ST it also downloaded a ticket for the Roma match which is fucking stupid, I didn’t ask for it, I can not go and it is free of charge ! This after I had called the club two days ago to say that I had received an e.mail saying I had my ticket for the Roma match which I did t ask for and can’t go so give it to someone else, they sad do you want a refund, I said the ticket is free of charge so what kind of refund ? The bloke said Roma tickets are not free of charge, told him the e.mail shows £0.00 ! He took my customer number and section, row and seat number which was on the ticket (my season ticket seat) then said that seat has been sold to someone else, ignore the e.mail ! Fine, then this afternoon the ticket appears in my wallet ! WTF so two people could turn up for the same seat if I now decide to go !

Its a hold on the card so they know they can charge it tonight if you get a ticket

Did you only select one stand? I selected two but haven’t been charged the £2 either. Have no idea what is going on with this club and tickets tbh.

I do remember it saying that was a pre-authorisation charge, so it'll only be taken if you're successful in the ballot.

They are utterly clueless from my experience. I'm still waiting for a supervisor called Jane, who assured me she was investigating an error they made, which meant I had to drive from Manchester to prove who I was. I shouldn't have had to as she admitted the error was theirs. That was a month ago... never happening. Customer service is just amateurish and treats fans with contempt

This was my fear when it was first mentioned the other day. When the Roma game went on sale to Blue+ members there was no way that whst was avaialable was only non-season ticket seats.

They've fucked this up.

Think it could be a car crash on the night, surely I’m not the only one whose seat has been sold twice !
