Re: Tyler Dibling
I was about to say after they've seemingly got hosed on the Eze deal if they might look at Dibling. I don't think he'd really be what Spurs needs though, they need the more complete version he hopefully turns into in a couple of years.
I'd be annoyed if he ended up elsewhere at this point but equally I'm not entirely convinced he's what we need so as long as it happens quickly so we can move on it'd be ok. I just don't want this to keep dragging on.
Re: Tyler Dibling
Why are they looking to get rid of Richarlison?
He’s tailor made for what Frank likes in a forward.

You know what happens - they get Dibbling and loan us a crocked RicharlisonblueToffee wrote: ↑Wed Aug 20, 2025 10:35 pm I was about to say after they've seemingly got hosed on the Eze deal if they might look at Dibling. Re: Tyler Dibling
I mean in fairness, under the old regime he hasn't generally played great there and has been injured a fair bit too. I don't think many Spurs fans were convinced judging by the occasional call in shows I've heard.
However, you look at the performances he's had under Frank so far (not just the first PL game, some of the pre season games too where he's fitted in well) and it feels like a decision made before Frank came in. That said, the injury record isn't nothing and maybe they're just looking to get the best money for them they can, which might actually be sensible.

Re: Tyler Dibling
This would be very Spurs, lob £50m on someone to play backup to Brennan Johnson, or just force one of them to play out of position on the left
Re: Tyler Dibling
Probably just Southampton trying to force us to quickly pay what they want. Leak a fake rumour and have us panicking.

Re: Tyler Dibling
Bad news for us. Either we pay absolutely top whack for him or we lose him to Spurs. It's alright though, I'm sure we've got another target... LOL.

Re: Tyler Dibling
Spurs fuck around with Eze, Arsenal pinch him. We fuck around with Dibling and Spurs swoop in.
Close thread I guess.

Re: Tyler Dibling
If it takes 45million to get a 19 year old who's potential is very much in the balance I'd rather we didn't.
