Saving 45-50M could sort out 2-3 problem areas.
That presupposes we have other options which, at this point in proceedings, I have little confidence in

Dunno how true it is but the rumour is Dibling didn't fancy London a while back.

There's also the chances of game time that he might consider, there'll be less of that at Spurs and maybe even Palace than there would be at us.

And we have Grealish which is probably a pull.

It's not a guarantee that he'll prefer those two... that's generally how it turns out but depends on the player. Grealish for example, his specific needs and wants meant we were the best option.

He’s agreed personal terms with Napoli and will replace their ageing RB. Take note, Everton, don’t wait a decade too late to replace your ageing RB.

Don’t won’t Dibling.

We don’t even need him.

Complete waste of the last week of the window to keep trying for him.

Kasey mcateer who has played a few times for Ireland very limited player has joined Ipswich for 14 million the transfer fees have exploded this summer dibling is 2/3 times the player he is so there will be no big price drop from Southampton either just pay the money or leave it

I see Sancho still hasn’t found a club, wouldn’t be surprised to see us in for a deadline day loan

Why blow 35 million on a development striker when we already had one in chermitti not sure if i believe that rumour because he looked ok against Roma but we spent 16 million on chermitti and he is just wasting away here

Said this ages ago.

Why sign another striker who’s raw and needs at least a year to get used to the league.

We have three strikers on the books at a cost of nearly £70. Sorry moyes, you just have to get on with it and get coaching.

In this position with a striker yet again.

I'm not convinced by Barry but I'm also not having that a striker who played 35 matches (starting 25) for Villarreal in La Liga last season isn't at a good enough standard or have a good enough understanding of the game to be playing Premier League matches.

Yeah it deffo feels like a Moyesy power struggle move. "Look what they've lumbered me with..."

I think regardless any window that ends in this much like... uncertainty and strife is a disaster.

How do we change all the personnel and still end up with a typical Everton window?

I actually thought Baz looked alright v Roma, and honestly how raw do you have to be for Beto to be considered the more polished option?

Just give Barry a chance. We aren’t gonna sign ready made superstars. Young players are often raw and they will improve with game time. We didn’t give enough game time to the likes of Lookman, Vlasic, Kean , even Branthwaite had to go out on loan before we gave him a proper chance

If we were to sign the likes of Dibling and Hackney I’d want them starting pretty much every game for us
