I liked him. Young and fresh and looks like he has a nice touch on him. Give him time to adapt to team and the PL and I’m confident he will do well.

Really liked what I saw. Enjoyed his run and the weight of pass into Ndiaye, which should've resulted in a goal. Also really liked the way he used Alcaraz's run for the shot he took from outside the area.

Feeling like he'll be a real handful and Beto will have a job on his hands getting starts.

Loved the deft touch which took it round the defender early on in the game.

Think he deserves a shout for how he helped our performance today.

He has an assured first touch dropping off with a defender on his back and we need that option. Did this well for both goals.

Couldn’t quite get on top of that corner delivery but easily could’ve scored it. Huge leap to get his head on it.

He’s the starter for me. Then Beto can come in and run in behind a tired defense for 30 minutes and do what he does best.

I also noticed that he had his socks rolled down.

Love that we’re cultivating this aesthetic.

Underwhelming.

A couple of things I noticed were that he was very poor competing for the ball and lost most headed duels, and that on multiple throws he didn't even bother to try and win it.

On the plus side the two times we played it in to his feet he held it up really well, and the first time it ended in a goal.

He's definitely raw and needs to learn about hold up play in the premier league, and the only way to improve is by playing. When the alternative is Beto I'd be tempted to just keep him in the start eleven and hope the work in training improves the unpolished edges.

I have to say I preferred Beto once he came on, Barry is definitely a project.

I think Barry is more likely to create something for someone else than Beto but Beto will be more likely to score given the right service which to be fair neither of them have had so far.

Thought it was overall a good run out for him. Could use him getting a bit stronger in the air funnily despite his height, the PL is probably more physical than he's used to and there will be a learning curve there.

I'd still fancy Beto to score ahead of him right now too, speaking of which he looked more like his usual self when he came on today.

He's raw but he has some good things to his game, tries to play football more than Beto and seems to have the ability to do so. Some promising signs from him and seems to have an awareness of what's going on around him.

He's the right profile for how we want to play, need to keep playing him, we've paid top dollar.

Beto only looked better because the game had opened up as they were chasing the game, so I’m not surprised he looked better.

It’s not easy stepping into this league, Sesko is much higher rated and was anonymous today.

Ultimately he was involved in both goals so when he did make it stick it led to chances and goals. Had two half chances from corners too which on another day means he bags a goal and we class it as a good performance.

We absolutely have to back him and play him, Beto is much better on the break anyway.

I saw him complete a pass that wasn’t a simple layoff so he’s got Beto on that one.

I liked Barry’s contribution today. It wasn’t complete by any means and there is a lot to work on, but he acquitted himself well and showed commitment to press and work hard.

He’s one that we should try and stick with if we can. I like Beto and the competition for them both can only be a good thing, but I would like to see Barry given the opportunity to step up and see what he can do with a run in the side.

Also to add, he actually started the move for the second goal a with a lovely little one two with N’Diaye. He just shows more of a deft touch and footwork than we see with Beto and his ceiling is higher.
