Tyler Dibling
Re: Tyler Dibling
Defo an old school vibe to him. Liked the way he picked the ball up and drifted inside, and also the way he'd pass and move and pass and move always getting himself straight in to space to get the ball back.

Re: Tyler Dibling
He looked good, but I don't think there was any key moment where he stood out. He had a fair few touches, but touched his hair more than the ball.

Re: Tyler Dibling
He looked very neat and tidy but not much more, didn't take any risks to beat a man but didn't lose the ball either. I think his dribbling is more of a press resistant dribbler rather than a stand up a full back and breeze past him type.
I'm excited to see him, Grealish, Ndiaye, KDH & Alcaraz getting an in game rondo going with lot's of little pass and moves, there's already signs of it

Lost it once or twice. Passed it backwards mostly. Bit meh but my mate is a Saints fan, having seen him play and watching him last night said he thought he looked a bit unfit. Has missed a lot of preseason.

Re: Tyler Dibling
He just kept things nice and simple, and showed some flashes of the body swerves and shoulder dips that send people to the shop.
Was an ideal scenario for him to come on and play keep ball and settle into the rhythm of the game, without having to bust a gut. Already can see an overlapping right back would do wonders for him, even from that little cameo.

Alcaraz is ruining that with something madStirlingBlue wrote: ↑Thu Aug 28, 2025 9:09 am He looked very neat and tidy but not much more, didn't take any risks to beat a man but didn't lose the ball either. Yeah he's not going to transform us like, and he's not the paint on the boots winger we all probably sort of wanted.
But he is a talented lad and hopefully give us some moments to get us off our seats (which don't clack btw, another gripe)

Re: Tyler Dibling
He’ll draw people in like Grealish, so a fast RB behind him running into space would likely be pretty effective if we can find one.

They were red, or at least looked it, which means he has a lot of making up to do if he wants to earn my love.Sir Stealth wrote: ↑Thu Aug 28, 2025 12:50 pm On a dodgy stream from a fair distance he looked like he was wearing clown shoes
