It's too early to have an answer, but there's every reason to think:
Grealish - KDH - N'Diaye > Pienaar - Osman - Arteta
Think people quite often have rose tinted specs. Loved all 3 of those players. But for me Grealish you’d pick over arteta in terms f the impact he can have. Ndiaye over pienaar and very early and love Ossie but KDH will go on to prove himself a better player if he sticks around I think.

They have to do it consistently over a number of seasons, not a couple of weeks, to be talked about like that.

The exciting thing is that you're not saying "no way" but "let's see if they can keep this up".

No doubt about it, Pienaar, Arteta and Osman was a midfield that was greater than the sum of it's parts. All 3 were very talented players. Pienaar had the advantage of a super reliable left back in Leighton Baines. As soon as Pienaar received the ball, he would know exactly where Baines was and could release the ball to him at any time.

Ossie had brilliant feet, and I swear that he'd have torn it up in Spain or Italy. His biggest downfall was a lack of pace. Technically though, he was very good. Arteta was class and the 3 of them together just worked.

Grealish, Ndiaye and KDH though look like they are forming a really good understanding and it really helps that Grealish and Ndiaye are proper ballers. If they keep playing the way they have, they will definitely eclipse Pienaar, Arteta and Osman.

I literally said it was early to judge KDH :D Grealish whilst you couldn’t say he’s always been consistent did it for a number of seasons for Villa and early man city as well as England. Ndiaye it’s easy to get carried away I guess, but he’s stunning. I can’t see Ndiaye doing anything other than improving and his all round game is unreal defensively tracking back as well. With a bit more coaching in terms of his positional play and decisions he will eclipse peak pienaar easily and like someone said a lot of his success was due to playing with a god of a left back didn’t do so well at spurs

Not disagreeing, I think they could go on to be better, Ndaiye for me has already proved himself.

I think Grealish has created a wave within the players and our fan base. There's a real or imagined 🤔 sense of we could build a good team here. One that actually could win something or compete much higher up the table. A few key missing pieces yet, but he's brought the James factor for sure... maybe more so

Some people think internet fame is an answer to a problem, when it’s actually the problem itself.

One of my favourite quotes is seek criticism not praise. I reckon some of these types get a few likes or their partner or friend or mum encourage them instead of telling stop, please stop. For the love of Baines please stop
