Tickets (News and Issues)
Re: Tickets (News and Issues)
Ballot business starting to look a bit silly. Around 60 tickets throughout the week for the West Ham game. Currently 20+ tickets on there for the Palace game.
Obviously the bigger matches will be ballot worthy but otherwise...

Re: Tickets (News and Issues)
As someone with a season ticket who won’t be able to attend quite a few games next season but wanting to go whenever I can, would you say it’s best to jib the season ticket and just go onto resale?
Feels like I’m going to struggle to shift my ticket for games I can’t go to.
Mate of mine couldn’t give his away for Monday.

And then if not, it should then go to the £35 ballot.Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Thu Oct 02, 2025 4:56 am So should everyone in the ballot get a ticket? I dont get it
Re: Tickets (News and Issues)
The ballot is for tickets reserved for general sale.
The resale is for season ticket seats not going to be used. These will theoretically be better seats as theyre seats people actually picked to want to sit in for the whole season.
The availability on the resale will ebb and flow as more people's plans change and they find they can't attend.
To try and bundle both sets together would mean you forcing ST holders into a much earlier deadline weeks in advance over whether they could attend or not, and doing that could lead to the ones that would have been added in the days leading up to the games not being added and the seats remaining empty anyway.

Unless a miracle happens and we bring Simeone in to win the league then you'd think the demand will be down for next season. Depends how much you value having guaranteed tickets for the likes of Man United, Liverpool, Arsenal, etc. I reckon for 13/19 games a season it'd be easy to get a ticket if you want one.TheRam wrote: ↑Wed Oct 01, 2025 9:41 pm As someone with a season ticket who won’t be able to attend quite a few games next season but wanting to go whenever I can, would you say it’s best to jib the season ticket and just go onto resale?

Re: Tickets (News and Issues)
Just had the rejection email. 1/5 on the ballots this season. And the success was West Ham on a Monday, so presumably the least demand.

Re: Tickets (News and Issues)
Same, other than I didn't apply for West Ham as couldn't do that Monday. 0/4 for me. I know I could drop on a single ticket for just me on the resale, but the three of spent £160 on plus memberships so at least our first trip could be together. If I could get 4 or 5 for the season I wouldn't be devastated at that but at this ratio it looks unlikely.
Not going to lie, getting pissed off. Not even told little un about the last couple of applications.
*Won't apply for Fulham as it clashes with Headingley Ashes test and that is my Xmas present to my old man this year.

In a world full of adversity, we must still dare to dream.

Re: Tickets (News and Issues)
2 of my mates have been successful in every single ballot so far
Got a West Ham ticket in the resale. I asked the woman sat next to me if she had a season ticket there and she said no, she’s been successful in every single ballot
I’ve been unsuccessful in both ballots that I entered so far
Not sure how else they could do it like but does seem odd that some are successful every time on a random ballot

My theory is that they're jealous of all the sexy attractive people entering the ballots and are making sure all the ugly bastards get the tickets. That's why we've not had much luck so far.Sir Stealth wrote: ↑Thu Oct 02, 2025 6:45 pm 2 of my mates have been successful in every single ballot so far
