Yeah I left when the third goal went in and it was pounding with some shite 90s trance music.
Absolutely fuming

hahaha I did say to my mate when we get out that it's not exactly the vibe after we've just lost 3-0
I think there's a bunch of issues but none of them are major. This stadium is going to be around for over 100 years and we're currently in Year 1. It's not like we've ended up with a West Ham stadium and the big problems can't be fixed.
Dealing with people leaving the ground should be the priority at the moment imo. Merseyrail have done a decent job at coping with it all but when I think back to how many people used to go to Kirkdale from Goodison then by comparison the amount of people getting home from Sandhills is extraordinary really. Whether it's car parks or getting the council to relax their local parking rules, something has to be done.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Yeah agree, I think that the club need to figure out how to make sure that people aren't going to queue for a piss and a beer at half time, at 35 mins to avoid a rush and missing second half.
And also to stop people leaving on 80 mins. To avoid the mass rush of people getting on buses, leaving car park or trains.
It's worst thing dick heads stopping on the stairs cos we are attacking and no one can fucking see a thing, or masses of empty seats etc
The reasons for people leaving like that are fixable.

All the issues seem worse after a shit result as well.
As has always been the case if the team are performing on the pitch everything will seem great.

Yeah definitely, and it was also shit weather as well on Sunday which all added to the gloom. Although the rain stopping just in time for the walk back to town was a relief.Bluenose91 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 31, 2025 11:52 am All the issues seem worse after a shit result as well.

Stuff like the music playing before full time is hopefully something that they'll just never do again because of the complaints about it, and there are other easy fixes.
Other stuff might have to wait until the season finishes, like I'm hoping they'll sort the toilet situation then as it's really not helping with the queues being a reason people are leaving seats early and coming back late.
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
It's a shame the TV cameras never show the city centre shot when they're overhanging the stadium
Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
Looked brilliant before the game didn't it, even in this weather; a great advert for other events, and showed it's going to be fantastic for the Euros - notwithstanding transport issues, with 2028 a clear line in the sand for the club and council to get something workable in place.

I went to the rugby today, lots of positives from the people around me and the atmosphere was great at times (early on mainly).
The toilets were a nightmare as usual in the upper south.

Glad it's not just me.
I actually think it's a bit shit how little Everton there is on the new stadium. You'd be forgiven for thinking it was just a random venue in Liverpool that happens to be blue.
Still bugs me that there's no Everton/EFC white seating in the ground.

Yeah is there a reason there isn't an EFC in white seats!? It's so weird.Shogun wrote: ↑Sat Nov 01, 2025 11:17 pm Glad it's not just me.

No doubt we’ll be deducted points for this by the FA.Audrey Horne wrote: ↑Sat Nov 01, 2025 11:02 pm https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-leagu ... 744wr9dpjo

Did you see the official merchandise T-Shirts?
Liverpool in big red letters across the middle, Everton Stadium in the tiniest font off to the corner.
