Did you get a confirmation email about refund and how long before you received refund?

I rang Box Office yesterday afternoon and they said they would cancel and refund but all I've had so far is an email confirming my purchase of the same seat (!)

Edit: got refund in my bank today.

Hi guys, hope you can help…What are the chances of being able to get 4 tickets together for a Saturday game as I want to treat my folks as they would love to go to game but not alone (they are 75&80) so obviously we need to be together, not fussed on who we play but would need to be a Saturday game
Thanks

Seat Unique for the Fulham Sat 3pm match is £149 a ticket. You could just grab them now if you wanted. Probably more worthwhile for a one-off than chancing a ballot where you might waste money on memberships if not successful.

The Newcastle match 5:30pm kick off is on Sat as well for the same price.

It’s 129 a ticket if you go for the Club View seats (scroll right on the ticket menu)

Good spot. Would rather be there than above the away fans as well

Thanks, just used it to book tickets for Fulham - my lads first game, 95 quid a ticket for club view in the upper east 👌🏼

A friend is looking for two tickets to the spurs game if anyone has any spare. He’s got a fan account to make the transfer. Thanks for any help :)

A week after I purchased two premium tickets for the Newcastle game so my nephew could join me they drop the pricing of it by £20.

Going to try my luck asking for a transfer to club view as that is the same price as I paid and much better location seats, but I’m not holding out much hope.

£129 to watch a game of footie is not good value

It is if you live 7000 miles away from the ground and only get there once or twice a year.

The alternative for a ‘tourist’ fan is to buy a Plus membership (65 quid?), enter the ballot to buy a normal priced ticket (50/60 quid?), and then, only once confirmed, make my travel arrangements (a grand? possibly double?). Thats not happening.

Seeing quite a few tickets on the resale for Fulham. Yet seat unique selling those for £125. Madness.
